CAMEROON FOOT WASHING/MEDICAL TRIP
Dates: January 15 – February 1, 2012
Following a day of orientation in Merritt Island, FL, you will travel to Orlando to begin your flight across the Atlantic to Douala, Cameroon. After a night in a guesthouse you will travel 225 miles north to Bamenda, home of Teen Missions in Cameroon base. After a day to repack you will head six hours into the bush to Cameroon’s newest Rescue Unit in Gom. The first thing you will notice is hundreds of children running around their modest mud block homes. Your team will be the largest group of white people this village has ever seen. The needs are great in this area and you will be making a big difference as you wash feet and give these children their first pair of new shoes. There will be opportunities to help the facilitators in daily medical treatments, play with the children and read them Bible stories. The medical needs are great in this area the children often have severe wounds, worms in their feet and knees, skin infections and childhood illnesses. Treatment is as necessary as the hugs and smiles that orphans often do not receive. Housing will be in tents and laundry and bathing will be done using a bucket. There will be a day of shopping for items to take home as a reminder of your time in Cameroon.

Wow this sounds amazing and I think this is somewhere God is leading me to go. How do I find out more about it and how would i apply?
